Detroit Metro Airport Parking
DTW Airport Parking FAQ’s
What if my travel itinerary changes?
If you need to park longer, no problem!
Your reservation receipt reflects the estimated length of stay selected at booking. The final total is calculated based on the actual time your vehicle is parked, which may result in a higher balance.
What is your refund policy?
To receive your quoted rate and credit for your online payment, please scan your reservation QR code receipt upon arrival for a ticket.
If your trip is canceled, please cancel your reservation at least 24-hours in advance for a refund. All refunds are subject to applicable service fees.
What time should I arrive for check-in?
Please arrive at Park N Go at least 20 minutes before the time you wish to be dropped off at your airport terminal. Upon arrival, you will get directed where to park, and our shuttle will meet you directly at your vehicle.
Do you provide transportation to the airport terminal?
Yes. Shuttle service to and from your airport terminal is always included with your parking at no additional charge.
Is Park N Go open 24 hours?
Yes. Park N Go provides 24/7 access, so you can park or retrieve your vehicle at any time, regardless of your flight schedule. The facility is staffed 24/7.
How often do the shuttles run?
Our shuttles operate continuously and are designed to provide quick service to and from DTW terminals. Wait times may vary during peak travel periods, but service is always available.
Which DTW terminals do you serve?
Park N Go provides shuttle service to both the McNamara Terminal and the Evans (North) Terminal at Detroit Metro Airport.
Do I need a reservation to park?
Reservations are recommended to secure your rate, but drive-up parking is available based on space availability.
Where do I go when I return from my trip?
After landing, proceed to the ground transportation area outside your terminal and look for Park N Go shuttle signage. Follow posted instructions or contact the shuttle dispatcher if assistance is needed.
Is my vehicle secure while I’m away?
Yes. Park N Go offers well-lit, fenced parking to help protect your vehicle during your trip.
Can I park oversized vehicles?
Standard passenger vehicles are accommodated. If you plan to park an oversized vehicle, trailer, or special equipment, please contact Park N Go in advance for availability and guidelines.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Park N Go accepts major credit cards and cash.
What happens if my return flight is delayed?
No problem. Your final parking total is based on the actual length of stay, so delays are automatically accounted for when you exit the facility.
Can I contact someone if I need help during my trip?
Yes. If you need assistance, you can contact Park N Go directly using the phone number listed on your reservation receipt or on the Contact page.
Are the shuttles equipped with seatbelts?

Children’s car seats and booster seats are permitted; however, they must be properly secured by a parent or guardian.
For safety reasons, all passengers must remain seated while the shuttle is in motion.
Standing is not permitted at any time during transit.
